Main objective of the project
To enhance the level of internationalization at the University of Zielona Góra by carrying out 107 short-term academic mobilities (average duration: 9 days) for students, doctoral candidates, and university staff – including academic, teaching, and administrative employees.

- 31 incoming international students
- 41 outgoing Polish students
- 3 outgoing Polish doctoral candidates
- 9 incoming international staff
- 23 outgoing Polish staff
Scope of activities
- Recruitment of participants – open, transparent, in accordance with the principles of equality and accessibility; conducted in Polish and English.
- Implementation of mobilities:
- Participation in courses, workshops, summer and winter schools
- Execution of research projects
- Conducting teaching activities
- Participation in conferences and seminars
- Verification of learning outcomes – documentation in line with FERS and NAWA standards, online validation, competency certificates.

Verification of learning outcomes
- Four-stage process: identification of support, outcome patterns, evaluation, documentation
- At least 80% of participants will receive a certificate confirming acquired competencies
