As part of the Welcome to UZ 2.0 project, the University of Zielona Góra is investing in the development of its teaching, research, and administrative staff to better meet the needs of international students and faculty.
60 hours of instruction at levels A1, A2, B1, and B2 (according to the CEFR),
10 groups with an average of 7 participants each,
A program covering speaking, writing, reading, and listening,
Practical exercises and simulations of real-life communication situations,
External examination.
10 hours of workshops in 5 groups (about 5 people each),
Training topics include, among others:
intercultural communication,
empathy and psychological support,
stress and conflict management,
building relationships and trust with international students,
specifics of intercultural interactions,
External examination.
Improved proficiency in English,
Development of soft skills essential for working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds,
Acquisition of external certificates compliant with European standards,
Strengthening the internationalization potential of the University of Zielona Góra.
